Fight Voter Fraud, Inc. Files Complaint with Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission Over Statewide Voter Roll Failures
Complaint names Registrars of Voters in all 169 Connecticut municipalities, alleging years of uncorrected canvassing, list-maintenance, and data-accuracy violations
MIDDLETOWN, CT - September 23, 2026 — Fight Voter Fraud, Inc. announced today that it has filed an Affidavit of Complaint with the Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission ("SEEC") alleging systemic failures by municipal Registrars of Voters across all 169 Connecticut towns to comply with state and federal voter list-maintenance requirements.
There are numerous state and federal law violations that have been ignored for years even when they were brought to the attention of the Registrars and that of the Secretary of the State’s office. The acknowledgement of the issues by the SOTS and the lack of follow through to correct all the errors and routine maintenance is a direct violation of Conn. Gen. Stat. § 9-190c, which permits action where “a registrar of voters has engaged in misconduct, wilful and material neglect of duty or incompetence in the conduct of such registrar’s office.”
The complainant, Fight Voter Fraud, Inc. (“FVF, Inc.”), alleges that the pattern described in the complaint constitutes wilful and material neglect of duty within the meaning of § 9-190c, warranting SEEC investigation and, as appropriate, referral to the Attorney General for removal proceedings in the Superior Court.
“Connecticut voters deserve accurate rolls and registrars who follow the law. We have raised these exact problems with state officials since 2023, and in some cases, they have acknowledged the problems directly to us — yet most of the errors remain uncorrected.
